You should not complete a booking if you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions.
Customers must provide complete and accurate information when making a booking.
A booking may include one or more activities or rides and one or more participants.
A booking will normally be treated as confirmed after successful payment verification and generation of the booking confirmation or digital ticket.
Prices displayed during the booking process will apply to the selected activities, participants and booking options, subject to any applicable taxes, charges, discounts or promotional conditions.
Online payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.
A payment attempt does not by itself guarantee that a booking has been confirmed. Customers should verify that they receive a valid booking confirmation or ticket.
Where a payment has been successfully received but a technical issue prevents immediate confirmation, customers should contact Flying Fox Adventure before attempting another payment.
Flying Fox Adventure reserves the right to correct an obvious pricing or technical error before providing the booked service, subject to applicable law.
Different activities may have specific participation requirements based on safety, equipment or operational conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate participant information requested during booking or before participation.
Depending on the selected activity, participation requirements may include:
Flying Fox Adventure may refuse participation where a participant does not meet the applicable safety or eligibility requirements.

Participants are required to follow safety instructions, use safety equipment correctly and participate only when they meet the applicable activity requirements.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Customers should arrive with sufficient time to complete any required verification, preparation or safety briefing.
Ticket Validity: A customer's ticket is valid for 3 hours from the booked ride time.
For example, if the booked ride time is 10:00 AM, the ticket will remain valid until 1:00 PM.
Participation during this period remains subject to operational conditions, safety requirements and applicable slot availability.
If a cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours from the booking confirmation, an eligible refund will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, taxes and processing charges where applicable.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 24 hours from booking confirmation:
Cancellation requests submitted after the scheduled ride time will not be accepted.
If the customer does not attend the rescheduled ride, the booking will be treated as a No Show.
In that case:
If a customer does not arrive within the permitted 3-hour ticket validity period, the booking will be considered a No Show.
No Show bookings:
If a customer arrives at the location but voluntarily chooses not to participate in the booked activity, no refund will be provided.
Customers arriving after the allowed ticket validity period may be accommodated only where slots and operational conditions allow and where management approves the request.
Accommodation after the permitted validity period does not create an entitlement to a refund.

Processing time after a refund has been initiated may be controlled by the customer's bank or payment provider and may be outside the direct control of Flying Fox Adventure.
Adventure activities may depend on suitable weather, equipment availability and safe operating conditions.
Weather conditions may change before or during an activity. Flying Fox Adventure may temporarily suspend, delay or modify an activity where staff reasonably consider conditions unsuitable or unsafe.
